About BCL Systems
BCL Systems, Inc. is a consulting firm, licensed in the state of Illinois and able to do business in all states of the United States. We focus on the administration and technical needs of the small businesses and professionals who work with employee benefits and the administration of these benefits.
These services include COBRA Administrations, Direct Billing Services, Transportation Assistance Plans, Section 125 Cafeteria Plans, Personal Reimbursement Accounts (HRA’s), Insurance Bill Reconciliation, HIPAA Privacy assistance, and EDI Clearinghouse for PHI transactions.
We have a full time staff devoted to servicing our clients. BCL Systems' staff members bring together over 25 years of experience in data management, computer programming, as well as insurance and benefits administration.
Our Team of Experts
Gerald Carlton, President of BCL Systems, Inc., heads up our team of highly trained technicians. He has over 30 years experienced in PC software and hardware, WAN environments, LAN environments, various programming languages as well as current technology for data management.
Robin Benton, CFCI, President of Business Administration, heads up our Business Administration Unit. Robin has had extensive experience and is a recognized national speaker in employee benefits, tax laws, and payroll administration. She has worked in the employee benefits industry for over 20 years and is available to answer the more difficult questions that sometimes arise during the course of payroll administration.
In order to keep up with the constantly changing regulations and tax laws, BCL Systems is an active member of the Employers Council of Flexible Compensation (ECFC), Employee Benefits Institute of America (EBIA), and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits (IFEB).
Our highly trained customer services representatives have a minimum of 10 years experience in customer service and are available Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. central standard time and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. central standard time.
